Wedding menu 1 (served on large plates):

• starter: Slovenian assorted sausages with olives and melon, buckwheat cake with cheese and cottage cheese , white cake with cumin

• soup: mushroom soup and beef soup (in soup tureens)
  

• main course: roast pork, roast veal, fried chicken, turkey roulade with spinach, roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables on butter, homemade cheese and buckwheat štruklji, homemade croquettes, baked potatoes, rice, mushroom and pumpkin sauce, season’s mixed salad

• dessert : apple pie with mulled wine and sugar, cottage cheese pie, layered cake from Prekmurje, three types of homemade bread, flat cakes, bacon roll, fruit

Wedding menu 2 (served on large plates):

• starter: meat from the lard barrel, cooked ham, dry salami, homemade sausages, bacon, minced lard, pickled gherkins, hard-boiled eggs, mild red pepper, pickled mushrooms, buckwheat and cottage cheese flat cake

• soup: mushroom soup and beef soup (in soup tureens), possibly also goulash or potato soup

• main course: roast pork, roast veal, fried turkey fillet, grilled chicken medallions, stewed beef, vegetables baked on butter, fried cauliflower and field mushrooms, cheese, mushroom and vegetable sauce, homemade cottage and buckwheat štruklji, homemade croquettes, roasted and baked potatoes, stewed rice, season’s mixed salad

• dessert: apple and cottage cheese pie, layered cake from Prekmurje, three types of homemade bread, flat cakes, bacon roll, fruit,

• cold starter: Tatarian beefsteak, Karst ham, olives, Panonian cottage cheese, warm flat cake

• warm starter: baked maze porridge with boletes and fresh cheese

• soup: cream vegetable soup with tomato paste

• main course: a slice of roast pork and roast veal, fried chicken medallion, baked vegetables, buckwheat štrukelj with cheese, roasted potatoes, mushroom and cheese sauce (in sauce boats), season’s mixed salad

• dessert: apple and apple and cottage cheese pie, layered cake from Prekmurje, three types of homemade bread, flat cakes, bacon roll, fruit

• main course: field mushrooms on spinach puree with balsam sauce, chicken medallion in the gorgonzola cheese sauce, buckwheat štrukelj with nuts, fresh salad with virgin olive oil
